The Outreach Caravan offers seniors a welcoming space to connect, get informed, and access support and services from local partners.
Each day includes:
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Health services by appointment
- 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Health, social & technical support service kiosks
- 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.: Free lunch
- 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Wellness-focused activity
