This fall, discover a range of helpful services brought directly to your community.
The Outreach Caravan offers seniors from Harrington and Grenville-sur-la-Rouge a welcoming space to connect, get informed, and access support and services from local partners.
Each day includes:
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Health services by appointment
10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Health, social & technical support service kiosks
12 p.m. to 1 p.m.: Free lunch
1 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Wellness-focused activity
