Laughter Yoga
A wellness workshop to connect, uplift, and bring joy
Join Aileen from Joyful Connections for an interactive wellness session designed for English-speaking seniors. Laughter Yoga combines intentional laughter exercises and guided breathing to reduce stress, elevate mood, and promote mental well-being.
These sessions support social connection and active aging through the joyful energy of shared laughter. No yoga poses or experience required.
