Join us on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Morin Heights Legion Branch #171 for an afternoon presentation by Laurentians researcher Benoit Thibeault, titled “The Laurentians During the Cold War.”
With special attention on the town of La Macaza and its unique role in the fields of nuclear weapons during the Cold War, Benoit Thibeault aims to make clear the true impact of the Laurentians region during the tensions of the time period.
