FORMAT
- 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: Health and wellness presentations
- 11:00 a.m. – 11:20 a.m.: Coffee break
- 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Exercise class (when time allows; some presentations go longer than one hour)
- A light lunch will be served on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
- 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Online painting class with Carol Lyng
