Support group for caregivers of all ages

Are you providing care for a loved one, whether a parent, partner, friend, or child? Join us for a warm, supportive group dedicated to sharing, connection, and understanding among caregivers in the Laurentians.

This group offers a safe and respectful space to exchange experiences, receive emotional support, and reduce the stress and isolation often associated with caregiving. Come care for yourself while you care for others.
