Join Kelli Hanrahan, our knowledgeable seniors activity coordinator, for an engaging session about dreams! Discover tips on how to remember your dreams, understand their meanings, and manage nightmares. This event is available both in-person and online, offering a full day of activities designed to inspire and connect.
• 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Step into the fascinating world of dreams with Kelli
• 11 a.m. – 11:20 a.m.: Coffee break – relax and mingle
• 11:30 a.m. – 12 noon: Energize with a light exercise class
• 12 noon – 1 p.m.: Enjoy a light lunch provided onsite
• 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Tap into your creativity with an online painting class led by Carol Lyng
Spend the day learning, socializing, and exploring your creative side in a welcoming environment!
